At Vicart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle refunds and returns.
Defective or Damaged Products
If an item you purchased is defective, damaged, or spoiled upon receipt, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Returns must be made using the same method as the original order:
- In-store pickup orders must be returned in person.
- Delivered orders will be handled through our delivery return service.
Non-Defective Product Returns
If the product is not defective but you wish to return it (e.g., due to a change of mind), we are happy to accept it under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused, as it was received.
- Returns must be made using the same delivery or pickup method as the original order.
- Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
Frozen and Perishable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, frozen and perishable items are non-returnable unless they are received in a damaged or spoiled condition at the time of delivery or pickup.
- If you believe a frozen item was compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with proof (e.g., photo evidence).
- We reserve the right to reject claims made beyond the specified timeframe or in the absence of appropriate documentation.
